He became interested in Physical Therapy after suffering from a life-changing motor vehicle accident which resulted in multiple fractures and injuries. He would spend the following 2 years going through intensive Physical Therapy and it was because of this experience and the close relationship with his PT, Max Ridings, that he would change his major from Agriculture to Physical Therapy in order to help others get back to living their best life.

Owner, BS RRT
Hi, I’m Kristi Baker, wife of Jamie and Mother of Lexie and Josh. I’m from Welch and I have always lived on a farm, which I love. I have been a respiratory therapist for 30 years, specializing in Pulmonary Rehab. My passion for helping people started young, as my Grandpa had Black Lung, and I was sure there had to be a way for these people to have a somewhat normal life, without struggling to breathe sitting in a chair. I have always wanted the focus to be on making patients better and I feel that with NEO Orthopedics and Rehabilitation that will remain the primary focus.

Dana Brassfield

PTA, Financial Officer
My career with NEO Orthopedics began in 2013, working as a Physical Therapist Assistant. I had completed an out-patient clinical rotation for NEO Ortho during school and knew I wanted to work for this company because of the excellent patient care.
My husband was traveling a lot for his job and we were blessed with two grandchildren so I grabbed the opportunity to transition to working remotely for NEO Ortho, assuming accounting and payroll duties. I have the best of both worlds, able to travel with my husband and spend time with grandkids- and work for a great, growing company.
Kara Bruton, COTA

Kara Bruton

My name is Kara Bruton and I have worked at NEO Orthopedics the past years 4 years and am currently serving as an Occupational Therapy Assistant, DOR and am housed primarily at Eastwood Manor in Commerce, Oklahoma. Patients and their families can always expect from me a high level of professionalism, experienced treatment care plans, and compassion. My philosophy of occupational therapy entails a mindset that all patients be provided with optimal care and attention to help restore intended life skills perhaps lost or lacking due to a wide array of health-related factors. Patient care goes beyond the treatment hours spent each week. Rather, forging and maintaining healthful, working relationships with each patient only serves to improve both their physical and emotional outlook.
