Jamie Baker

PT, Owner
My name is Jamie Baker. I was raised on a family farm in Butler Missouri . I became interested in Physical Therapy after suffering from a life-changing motor vehicle accident, resulting in multiple fractures and injuries. This would lead me to spend the following two years in intensive Physical Therapy and it was because of the close relationship with my PT, Max Ridings, that I would change my major from Agriculture to Physical therapy in order to help others get back to living their best life. I graduated with honors from Rockhurst University in May 1990 with a degree in Physical Therapy. I am certified in mechanical therapy, vestibular disorders, and functional dry needling. I specialize in patients with chronic and acute pain. I am a long-term resident of Oklahoma where I have raised my two children Lexie and Josh on our cattle ranch.

PTA, Financial Officer
My career with NEO Orthopedics began in 2013, working as a Physical Therapist Assistant. I had completed an out-patient clinical rotation for NEO Ortho during school and knew I wanted to work for this company because of the excellent patient care.
My husband was traveling a lot for his job and we were blessed with two grandchildren so I grabbed the opportunity to transition to working remotely for NEO Ortho, assuming accounting and payroll duties. Applied Behavior Analysis Therapy

Andrea Buffington

Andrea Buffington

BCBA
My name is Andrea Buffington. I have been a BCBA with NEO Orthopedics & Rehabilitation since February 2023. I have been a BCBA serving children in Vinita, Oklahoma since May 2018. I completed my Master of Science in Psychology with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis from Capella University in September 2017, Masters of Science in Early Childhood and Family Development from Missouri State University in May 2015 and Bachelors of Science in Education with Emphasis in K-12 Vocal Music from Missouri State University in May 1997. I have had the opportunity to work with children in a variety of settings from Applied Behavior Analysis (2000-2002) and Family Preservation (2002-2004) in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania as well as Elementary Music Teacher (2005-2017) at Will Rogers Elementary School in Vinita, Oklahoma. During my time at Will Rogers, I had the opportunity to teach an adaptive music class where I taught children diagnosed with Autism. It was then that I felt the calling to resume my education to become a BCBA. I strongly believe children diagnosed with Autism deserve the same opportunities for quality educational opportunities and learning and I have been determined to provide this through ABA therapy while providing quality childhood experiences. I strive to train RBT’s to see beyond Autism and see the child within; to remember that they are providing therapy for a child who happens to have Autism. A quote by Dr. Lovaas that could be my theme is, “If a child cannot learn in the way you teach, you must teach in the way the child can learn.” All children deserve an opportunity to learn and a quality environment in which to learn.
Kennedy Martins

Kennedy Martins

I have been a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst, BCBA, since June of 2023. I live in Vinita with my fiancé, Braydon, and our two dogs. In our free time we enjoy being outside, grilling, and spending time with friends and family. I chose to go into ABA Therapy because children in the autism community are a gift and they always leave an everlasting impression on my heart. I enjoy using the science of behavior to create meaningful behavior change and level the playing field for our kids. I am very analytical and data-driven, combined with Andrea’s creativity we balance each other out to provide a well-rounded therapy experience for our clients.

Jessica Bowline

RBT/Patient Care Coordinator
My name is Jessica Bowline. I have been a registered behavior technician with NEO Orthopedics and Rehabilitation since March 2023. I am a mother of 2. I have a 15-year-old daughter named Gracen, and a 9-year-old son named Maverick. My desire to work with autistic children and their families came from my own experience with my son. Maverick was diagnosed with autism at 4 years old. My family and I have been able to experience the effects that early intervention and loving support can have not only for an autistic child, but the whole family. I had been looking for a way to be apart of that for other autistic children and their families. NEO Orthopedic and Rehabilitation has given me the opportunity to do just that. As an added perk, I also get to work alongside some of the most amazing women. The team at NEO truly feels like a family, and I look forward to coming to work every day.

OT
My name is Liza Dove, and I am an occupational therapist for NEO Orthopedics. My husband (Rowdy) and I have one son named Eli who is turning two in July. I am originally from Minnesota and moved down to Oklahoma in 2017. I graduated in 2016 at Mayville State University in Mayville, ND and played NAIA D2 basketball there all 4 years. My interest in the medical field began to blossom while at MSU. If I wasn’t doing school work, you would find me in the training room, weight room, or gym perfecting my game or recovering from injuries. In 2015, I became a CNA at a nursing home to enter into the health field and gain experience/insight to which profession to pursue. Occupational therapy and physical therapy seemed to highlight my personality for helping people become more independent and allow them to get back to living their lives. I narrowed down my choice to occupational therapy due to the vastness of what an occupational therapist can do to help people of all ages accomplish. I love people and enjoy helping people with their journey to recovery. Like I tell my patients, recovery will be a rollercoaster. There are ups and downs, but one thing will stay the same and that is I will encourage and be with you through it all. I look forward to embarking on a journey with you at NEO.
